Infant Program

Ages 8 Weeks to 9 Months (Kittens)
Our Infant Room provides a nurturing, responsive, and developmentally supportive environment for our youngest learners. We care for a small group of approximately eight infants, allowing our team of two to three dedicated caregivers to offer consistent one‑on‑one attention throughout the day.
Individualized Care:
Every baby has their own unique rhythm. Our educators follow each child’s personal feeding, sleeping, and play schedule, helping them transition smoothly from home to childcare while maintaining the routines that make them feel secure.
Safe Sleep Practices:
We follow all guidelines of the Back to Sleep Campaign, a nationally recognized initiative designed to reduce the risk of SIDS. Families receive a brochure explaining these practices when their child begins care, and our staff implements these safety standards with diligence and consistency.
Learning Through Exploration:
As infants grow, we gently encourage them to explore new skills at their own pace. Daily experiences include:
• Tummy time to build strength
• Opportunities to sit, crawl, and begin walking
• Introduction to new foods when developmentally appropriate
• Engagement with age‑appropriate toys and materials that support cognitive development and motor skills
Our classroom is thoughtfully arranged to promote curiosity, comfort, and safe exploration, ensuring every child feels supported as they discover the world around them.
*We supply wet wipes, linens, bibs, and Happy Baby organic food.
